| ARTICLE 11 |
1. Acts enumerated in article 2 of the present Convention shall not be
considered political crimes for the purpose of extradition.
2. The States Parties to the present Convention undertake in such cases
to grant extradition in accordance with their legislation and with the
treaties in force.
