between two or more
countries

Union
concerning

interpretation
or
application
of this
Convention
, not settled by
negotiation
, may, by any one of the
countries
concerned

International Court of Justice
by
application

conformity
with the
Statute of the Court

agree
on some other
method
of
settlement
