shall take appropriate

potentially

States

Biosafety Clearing-House
and, where appropriate,
relevant
international organizations
, when it knows of an occurrence under its
jurisdiction
resulting in a

transboundary movement

modified organism
that is likely to have
significant
adverse effects
on the
conservation

sustainable use

biological diversity

implementing

cooperation

Parties

developing States
among them, for
financial resources

transfer of technology

know-how

of the
Convention

fully

capacity-building

biosafety

Cooperation
in
capacity-building

to the different

scientific

technical
training
