Party
that is
unable
to
approve
an additional annex to this
Convention
or an annex to any
protocol
to which it is
Party
shall so notify the
Depositary

writing
, within one
year
from the
date
of the
communication
of the
adoption
by the
Depositary

notify all
Parties
of any such
notification
received

Party
may at any
time
withdraw
a previous
declaration

objection

annexes
