responsibility
to see that the
educational
resources
of all
countries
are used to
combat
racism
, more especially by ensuring that
curricula

textbooks

and ethical
considerations
concerning
human
unity and
diversity
and that no invidious
distinctions
are made with
regard
to any
people

training
teachers to
achieve
these ends; by making the
resources
of the
educational
system
available to all
groups

racial
restriction

discrimination
; and by taking appropriate
steps
to
remedy

handicaps
from which certain
racial

ethnic
groups
