Treaty
is a
special agreement
within the meaning of
Article
20 of the
Berne Convention
for the
Protection
of
Literary
and
Artistic Works

regards
Contracting Parties
that are
countries
of the
Union
established
by that
Convention

treaties
other than the
Berne Convention

prejudice

rights

obligations
